Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Priya Modi Admissions for your application strategy. Because we accept a highly restricted headcount of applicants each admissions round, we enforce a transparent, standard policy regarding cancellations and financial updates.

1. Clarity Sessions

Clarity Sessions are one-time, comprehensive tactical workshops. Once purchased, fees paid for a Clarity Session are strictly non-refundable. If you require a scheduling change, you must submit a rescheduling request through our scheduling system at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time slot.

2. Application Strategy Packages

Application Strategy frameworks represent high-touch, long-term consulting commitments. Due to the high opportunity cost of blocking a seat across an entry cycle, payments made towards our Application Strategy tiers are non-refundable once the discovery onboarding call has closed and standard alignment documentation has been executed.

3. Appointment Rescheduling & No-Shows

Appointments missed or skipped with no prior written notice ("No-Shows") will forfeit that single allocated coaching block. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of an allocated appointment are subject to approval depending on alternative schedule capacity.
